The dough cutter has been handmade in Australia by master woodmaker, Warwick. The handle is hand made from Jarrah, a wood that is native to Western Australia and features two brass pins. The cutter is made from high quality stainless steal. Each piece is unique and features the words Saturday Night Pasta hand engraved on the handle. Wood grain will vary piece to piece.
The pastry cutter is ideal to move dough around, scrap off the bench, cut dough, transfer pasta to the pot etc.
Each piece comes with a Saturday Night Pasta hessian bag for safe-keeping and protection.
